The blackberry is a remarkebly vivacious wild plant. This plant is very abundant in the forests of Brittany as well as unused farm lands. Of a pinkish color when harvested with light and dark variations depending on pollening of other flowers at the same time. The taste of blackberry honey is sustained and yet quite delicate with a long lasting taste. This honey keeps very well and remains liquid over time. Its granulation accentuates with time.
